Ross Grieve
Ross Grieve is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 17 years’ experience teaching Pilates in Edinburgh and Peebles. He trained with Kinetic Control and the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and combines rehabilitation principles with Pilates to support people to improve how their body moves.
Ross strives to provide a welcoming and personalised experience, so he limits classes to no more than 10 so he can respond to what each individual needs.
Amanda Clink
How? We do postures, breath practice and lots of relaxation (all the good stuff!). But we also learn to understand the impact of the mind, and how to rest that too.
Kat Claughton
Kat is a passionate Pilates instructor with nearly a decade of experience, offering fun and intuitive classes designed to make everyone feel connected, energised, and strong in their bodies. Her teaching is suitable for all levels, and she loves creating a welcoming environment where movement feels natural and empowering. Before moving to Peebles in March 2024, Kat owned a successful Pilates studio in Sydney.
When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her chasing after her toddler, exploring the woods, or indulging in her love for vintage clothing. For a peek into her Pilates journey, check out her Instagram: @kathryn.pilates. You can book into a class with Kat here: https://bookwhen.com/
Annie Goldie
Annie is a hatha yoga teacher and mindfulness coach with 30+ years experience of yoga and as a teacher since 2006. Annie Goldie came to yoga as a teenager and it has been the thread which has run through her life up to the present day. Having spent many years of her life living in the foothills of the Himalayas in Nepal, she has returned to her roots in Scotland, to be closer to family, based in the beautiful town of Peebles in the Scottish Borders.
A yoga teacher for many years, Annie loves the purity of Hatha Yoga, and its ancient philosophies, using a combination of the traditional asanas with a more flexible inclusive approach. Vinyasa flow combined with stillness and breathwork encourages both playfulness and tranquility, and a real love of how the body and mind can be transformed by movement and a deeper awareness of the breath. Annie would love to welcome you at one of her group classes and also offers 1:1 sessions. She has worked with a variety of clients from school students through to adapting classes to be inclusive to suit all needs.
Annie also offers sound baths with Himalayan bowls and takes small tours to Nepal yearly to share her love of the country.
