I believe massage and movement can help us all feel and function a little better and I enjoy working with clients to help them achieve this.
Ross Grieve
Ross Grieve is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 17 years’ experience teaching Pilates in Edinburgh and Peebles. He trained with Kinetic Control and the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and combines rehabilitation principles with Pilates to support people to improve how their body moves.
Ross strives to provide a welcoming and personalised experience, so he limits classes to no more than 10 so he can respond to what each individual needs.
Amanda Clink
‘Being kind to your body & mind isn’t easy in this crazy culture of doing more, achieving more, being more. Essentially, Just Yoga teaches you how to be yourself. Genuinely, with grace and with passion.
How? We do postures, breath practice and lots of relaxation (all the good stuff!). But we also learn to understand the impact of the mind, and how to rest that too.
Class is suitable for all levels, especially beginners.. and, in case you didn’t know, headstands and flexibility are not required!
Kat Claughton
Kat is a passionate Pilates instructor with nearly a decade of experience, offering fun and intuitive classes designed to make everyone feel connected, energised, and strong in their bodies. Her teaching is suitable for all levels, and she loves creating a welcoming environment where movement feels natural and empowering. Before moving to Peebles in March 2024, Kat owned a successful Pilates studio in Sydney.
When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her chasing after her toddler, exploring the woods, or indulging in her love for vintage clothing. For a peek into her Pilates journey, check out her Instagram: @kathryn.pilates.

Kath Mansfield
Kath Mansfield is a long-time yoga practitioner with 500-hour training in Seasonal Yoga. Seasonal Yoga includes qigong and ayurveda. She is a qualified sound therapist and has trained in reiki and chair yoga with the Wise Ones.
Kath enjoys creating a soothing, calm environment through the principles of yoga – yoking mind, body and spirit into a cohesive oneness, where we can honour and celebrate our whole being.
Having been injured in a serious coach accident as a teenager and later undergoing several surgeries and multiple radiotherapies for cancer, Kath understands how the body responds to physical and mental trauma and firmly advocates a positive outlook.
When not practising yoga, Kath is busy with community theatre. In November 2025 she was awarded a four-star review by Joyce Macmillan of The Scotsman for Dinnae Trust Anyone: the witches of Peebles, which she wrote, directed and performed around the Scottish Borders.
She is a long-term member of Shakespeare at Traquair, both as an actor and a director.

Amy Capper
I recently gained my Level 2 Certificate in Group Training and started teaching in Peebles in Summer 2025. I’ve loved sport since school, playing hockey, badminton and running cross country, but it was during my time in London many years ago that I found my love for fitness classes. I tried everything from barre and reformer pilates to crossfit and boxing, and as long as it was with people and the music was banging, I was hooked.
I want to bring energy and fun to my classes and help people enjoy exercise, because if you love it, you’ll stick with it!
I love teaching strength because we know that resistance-based movement helps us stay active as we age. I’m passionate about giving people the confidence to lift weights and build strong bodies in my classes, because that’s what’s going to keep us moving and be able to do the things we want in life as we get older.
I currently teach strength circuits on a Sunday morning so come along and join the fun, getting strong is just a bonus!
Jo Turnbull
Jo has been teaching yoga since 2016 and she is delighted to share her Gentle Yoga Flow with you. Offering a warm, friendly and mindful approach, Jo creates a space where you can truly relax and move in a way that feels good for you. Classes weave gentle flowing movements with soothing breathwork, to help release tension, build strength and flexibility and create more space in both body and mind. Gentle Flow can both energise and restore, helping you feel more balanced and at home in your body.
This class is great for all levels, whether you’re a beginner, returning to your practice, or simply seeking a softer, more nurturing experience. Classes are welcoming and friendly, giving you time to stretch, breathe and take some time for yourself. Sessions finish with a lovely guided relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed, centred and ready to step back into your day with a little more ease and calm ♡
